Can I return or exchange my items?
For sure! We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your item is shipped to request a return. Shoot us an email at returns@deadtrade.ca. Click here for more details.
What is a "pre-order" item?
If the item you want to purchase is "pre-order only", it hasn't been made yet, but will be worth the wait! The estimated delivery time will be displayed near the "add to cart" button. Pre-orders help us gauge how many of an item to order and reduce waste by not overstocking.

What's the difference between ring-spun and combed cotton vs regular cotton?
Short answer: ring-spun and combed cotton is softer and more durable than regular cotton. Ring-spun feels heavier to the touch, even though it's not, and will last longer.
Ring-spun cotton goes through a process that twists, thins, and straightens the strands to make a very fine, soft, and strong rope of cotton fibres. After they've been spun, they're combed to remove any imperfect strands and impurities for an additional step up in quality.
What does "40-singles count" mean?
Similar to a thread count for sheets, singles refer to the number of times a fabric is twisted into shape. The higher the number, the finer and better quality the fabric is. Lower-quality t-shirts are generally made from 18 to 20 singles, ours are 40.
